How It Is Viable To Get Rid Of Blackheads The Typical Path

By Nolan Stokes

Whether you are a teen or an adult, blackheads could be a reality. I have had them since I hit puberty and I'm still working with them even though I'm just about forty! Blackheads are pores that became blocked with dead cells and toughened unwanted oil. They are a result of overactive sebaceous glands. Working on getting rid of them can be the bane of your existence. While there are several chemical remedies available to the discerning consumer searching for a quick fix, I've chosen to treat mine in a more natural fashion.

These are some natural treatments for preventing and treating blackheads.

Prevention

Glaringly if you can prevent blackheads in the first place, this is the best course of action. Also, if you're able to get rid of your blackheads, this treatment will work to help keep from getting anymore.

To prevent getting blackheads mix one teaspoonful of fresh lime juice with one teaspoonful of peanut oil. Then apply this mixture to your face. You can get both peanut oil and lime juice from any grocery store.

Another natural defensive for blackheads is to make a paste of fresh fenugreek leaves. You apply the blend to your face and leave it on for 10-15 mins before washing it off with warm water and a clean fabric. Fenugreek or methi leaves are an Indian spice. It's possible you'll have to go to an international food store to find fresh fenugreek leaves.

Cleaners

Be painstaking about keeping your face clean. Wash your face at least twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. A good way to clean your face that's mild, natural and will draw the impurities out of your skin is honey mixed with a clay mask.

Another cleaner you can make from home is one where you mixture of a cup of hot water, 1 little spoon of Epsom salts, and 4 drops of iodine. Dip a cotton ball in the mix and apply it to your blackheads. When the mix has dried on your skin carefully wipe it off with a clean cloth.

To get rid of blackheads you can make a face wash by mixing fresh lime juice with a tumbler of boiled milk. Applying this face wash will actually remove blackheads.

These are only one or two of the natural home remedies that you can make at home with awfully ordinary ingredients to stop, and treat blackheads. Choose whichever one is quickest to prepare and use and good luck on getting rid of those blackheads!
